Exchange Policy

 


If you are not satisfied with your product, have a problem with it, or have changed your mind about your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days of the order's delivery date.

 

Conditions for a Product Exchange

 

In accordance with current consumer protection laws, you can request an exchange as long as the product is in perfect condition with no signs of use—meaning it must be in the same condition you received it. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.

 

How to Request an Exchange

 

To request a product exchange, please send an email to support@livimedi.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the exchange

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with all the necessary information to complete the product exchange.

 

Exchange of Products with a Manufacturing Defect

 

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request an exchange within 7 days of the order's delivery date.

 

How to Request an Exchange for Defective Products

 

To do so, please send an email to support@livimedi.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the defect (including photos or videos as proof).

We will analyze your request within 30 days of receiving the product at our distribution center. Once the process is complete, a new product will be sent to your original order address. There will be no additional cost for the reshipment.

 

Return Conditions for Change of Mind

 

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the order within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the product shows no signs of use and is in perfect condition.

Please note: The return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
